When Ryan and I got to the lake there must've been 20 boats already in the water and the wind was nearly 25 mph. I started to regret making the drive, but we figured we'd give it a try. As the day wore on the wind died down a little. We worked the area down from the dam, along the shoreline.
This is the stringer from our 2nd daylight trip to Lone Star Lake. What amazes me is the consistency with which these fish were biting. Every place to which we trolled we caught at least one fish. A truly exciting time!
